Steve Cooper, the principal appraiser, has over 20 years’ experience having completed thousands of appraisals for many different clients and homeowners in the Sacramento Metropolitan Area and Sierra Foothills. He is California State licensed and approved by a variety of Management Companies, Banks and Credit Unions. In addition, he has completed hundreds of home appraisals for Relocation purposes, and is a member of the Worldwide Relocation Counsel (ERC) In addition, he has a variety of experience completing many types of Single Family Properties, including Vacant Land, Condominium, Multi-Residential (Duplex and Four-Plex) Mobile and Manufactured Homes, Properties on Acreage, High-End Custom Homes, New Construction and Drive-by Appraisals.

 

Steve is a native of the Sacramento area, having lived in Davis, the Bay Area and Washington State where he attended college. He earned his B.A degree at CSUS. In addition to real estate valuation, he has experience as an investor, and blogger regarding current real estate issues and trends.

 

Although Sacramento Valley Appraisal has completed thousands of real estate appraisals for mortgage purposes in previous years, we mainly specialize in completing property appraisals in Sacramento County for homeowners and local business.
